SLIPS FOR RENT
While all slips have owners, some slip owners are willing to rent a slip for a season or even a year. For this reason, Bohemia Bay Yacht Harbour is able to offer many slips as rental units. Often these rental units remain in the same hands year after year.
Our covered slips, in lengths up to 65 ft., include a “full length” finger pier with a single 125/250 Volt – 50 Amp electrical hookup. Our open slips, in lengths up to 45 ft., include a “half length” finger pier with twin 125 Volt – 30 Amp electrical hookups. All slips include dockside water, Wi-Fi, basic cable TV and optional dockside telephone. Covered slips also include winter slip de-icing and “F” and “G” docks offer car to dock covered parking.

We are pleased to offer seasonal and yearly rentals since the majority of our slip owners started out by renting a slip.

Amenities
- Free basic cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, free dockside water and winter slip de-icing.
- All rental units include use of the swimming pool and recreational facilities.
- Dockside electric is individually metered.
- Dinghy rack storage is $50 per season per space.
